Class of '59 Reunion Schedule

Check-In- Friday, September 27: 3:00P.M.

Friday night Meet and Greet we will plan to get together in the hotel bar area starting at 5:00 p.m. Doubletree by Hilton, 3003 Corporate West Drive, Lisle, IL

Drinks and bar snacks will be available for purchase. See you there!

For anyone wanting to relive their high school days a bit, there will be a

Pep Rally and Bonfire 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Biester Gym and Duchon Field

Saturday morning -for early and hungry risers, there is a Pancake Breakfast in the school cafeteria starting at 8:00 a.m. through 11:30 a.m.

For the rest of us, we'll assemble in the lobby of the hotel at 9:00 A.M. to head to the Homecoming Parade.

Don't forget to wear something green!

If you need transportation to the parade the Doubletree Hotel van will be available.

Otherwise classmates who are driving their own cars may have room for you.

Parade begins at Forest Glen School, 561 Elm St. (just South of Geneva Rd.), Glen Ellyn, Ill at 10 a.m.

Bill Grant will meet us there with vintage cars that will be available

for those who want to ride.

Roger Griffith will bring our beautiful new banner!

Saturday after the parade you are invited to visit Glenbard for a Tour starting at 11 a.m. or Noon. At 11:30 a.m. there will be a presentation of the annual Distinguished Alumni Awards.

The Third Annual Glen Ellyn Police Department Car Show benefiting Special Olympics will also be held on Saturday morning at Crescent and Glenwood from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. For more information email GEPDCARSHOW@gmail.com

Homecoming game with York is at 1:00 p.m.

You are going to be on your own for getting back to the hotel.

Glen Ellyn has Uber or you may want to make arrangements with a friend.

Saturday night Reunion Dinner is 6:00 P.M. in the hotel.

Sunday morning Breakfast is served beginning at 7:00 A.M.

You may want to make plans to meet your friends to say goodbye!

Checkout is 11:00.
